Starting his career as a new business/360 specialist recruiter, Jack progressed into a Group Director role within a leading specialist PLC staffing agency.
During this time, Jack lead businesses of 20-100+ FTE and £65m+ turnover scale, operating as a turnaround/transformation and growth leader, across various sectors and international operations.
Now as an Advisor, Jack works with founder-owned or led recruitment businesses, focused on scaling and market strategies, revenue expansion and performance optimisation.
